What do I think about the health service?

I have always thaught that the health service of our country is awfull, but talking with a friend, who studies medicine, made me change my mind about this matter. Although I still believe that is far from being good, it has improved over the years, adapting to new problems, which are created by demographics and the increasing of deaths by diffrent kinds of sickness. All of this has made the health system change the model to a biopsychosocial one. Nevertheless, the system is stagnant by politics and economy interests. What could be a solution for this? My friend gave me an idea, it is about a single fund, including both health systems together, the public and the private ones. In this way, health can continue to grow in solidarity and not as a subsidiary state, as it is today, also this will make the future achieve an economicaly stable, particitive public health. Together with the solidarity of paying what, and be cared for. with what is needed not like the current AUGE plan In solidary. A system where everyone contribiutes what they can, and still get a good health service. This solution has a lot of meaning for me, but this change is difficult to do because of various policies and because there are people who do not want this solution to be made, they are fine as they are, which can be sad.
